Meet Timothy B. Kinney

Tim Kinney is a seasoned family law attorney and litigator with over 30 years of experience in Pennsylvania and Federal courts. Known for his effective legal analysis and tenacious litigation skills, Tim has decades of litigation and trial experience, and is a proud member of the Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Tim earned his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1993, following his graduation with honors in History from Pennsylvania State University in 1990. Tim is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, the Federal District Court for the Western District, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Throughout his career, Tim has been active in the legal community. He has served as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Westmoreland Bar Association and is a longstanding member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and has developed a network of experts and other resources to utilize when necessary to ensure the best client results.
